For nine years, Miguel has worked directly with guests, hosts, venue teams, and event professionals in a wide variety of hospitality environments.
His experience includes service at event venues, golf clubs, tennis clubs, restaurants, private residences, corporate gatherings, weddings, birthdays, graduations, and other special celebrations. Every setting has helped sharpen the same essential skills: preparation, organization, timing, communication, and genuine guest care.
He has supported intimate celebrations where personal attention matters most and large-scale events where speed, teamwork, and a well-planned bar operation are essential. That range of experience allows Miguel to understand not only how to prepare drinks, but how the entire service should flow from setup through the final guest.

Personal Experience Became a Professional Team
Miguel founded Bartenders VIP Mix in 2017 to bring the preparation and hospitality of an experienced venue team directly to private and off-premises events.
What began with bartending has grown into a broader event service company offering professional bartenders, mixologists, servers, barbacks, portable bars, photo booths, cocktail tables, and other event support across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
The company continues to be founder-led. Miguel remains involved in planning, logistics, setup standards, staff expectations, and service quality. That direct involvement helps every booking feel personal while maintaining the organization required for larger events.
